PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned general notification dated 29.08.2022 issued by the fifth respondent for the meeting that will be held on 09.10.2022 insofar as the Agenda No.7 is concerned for expelling the petitioner from the basic membership and quash the same as illegal arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
