PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to approve the change in constitution submitted by the petitioner Firm dated 30.06.2008 and also to execute the sale deed for the 0.27 acres of vacant land to the petitioner Firm without revising the cost of plot by complying on the allotment order dated 10.03.1976 in furtherance of the margin money already paid by the petitioner to the second respondent.
