The prayer in the writ petition is for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the illegal encroachments put up by the 4 th respondent on the ''Pasana Vaaikal and vandi Pathai'' situated in S.No.447/4A Mangalakudi Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2021.

2. Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Shanmugavel, learned counsel accepts notice for the 3 rd respondent.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that already action has been initiated giving a direction to the 3 rd respondent / Block Development Officer to remove the encroachments on the irrigation channel and cart track and seeks four weeks time to report compliance.

4. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

5. Post the writ petition on 03.03.2022 for reporting compliance.
