This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue proper guidelines in respect of Screening Committee at all the Block Development Offices in the State of Tamil Nadu as per Part-V, Rule 23(1) of the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules,2019 by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 22.05.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.The Petitioner seems to have sent a representation to the authorities concerned on 22.05.2019, in this regard.
4.After accepting notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, has filed an additional typed-set of papers,wherein, he has produced a communication in Na.Ka.No.1757/2020/Panchayat 33, dated 30.12.2021. The said communication is from the second respondent to all the District Collectors of the State. The said communication states that the guidelines would be issued as per Part-V, Rule 23 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules,2019 and the experts in this regard have been notified and it will be put to action before April 2022. The guidelines have also been elaborately set out in the said communication.
5.In view of the above, the same is recorded and the Writ Petition stands disposed of, as the request of the Writ Petitioner has already been satisfied by the respondents. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
