Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents particularly the 2nd respondent to comply/implement the directions issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Madurai as directed in P.G.No.115 of 2019 dated 29.10.2019 to disburse the interest at the rate of 10 percentage from 01.05.2018 to 28.11.2020 for the gratuity amount of Rs.3,41,232/- further comply with directions of the 1st respondent vide his circular in Na.Ka.No.22735/2018 dated 13.01.2020 within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.
ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Venkatesh, Advocate for the Petitioner, Mr.A.Kannan, Additional Government Pleader for the 1st Respondent and of Mr.S.Ramesh, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent this Court made the following order:-
“Learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the order passed by this Court has already been complied on 09.02.2022.
Thus, no further order are required in this Writ Petition.”
