The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take immediate steps to relay tar road, which is running through Agarappatti – Parukkaikuzhi Village and Annathanappatti Vadakkikalam Village, connecting the Kovilpatti to Meenaveli Main Road, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukottai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2021, within a time frame.
Parukkaikuzhi Village and Annathanappatti Vadakkikalam Village, connecting the Kovilpatti to Meenaveli Main Road, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukottai District, were being used by the students and villagers for various domestic purposes

and the said road was not repaired for more than twelve years, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 23.12.2021, to the official respondents and the same, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, is unattended. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2021, in accordance with law.
