PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2019 sent as against the act of respondents No.3 to 5 ex-communicating the petitioner and petitioner's family members, as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER
The learned Government Advocate reports that the representation of the petitioner herein was enquired and the villagers have given an undertaking that they will not prevent the petitioner in participating in the temple festival. Further it is also stated that subsequent to the break down of the pandemic, the villagers have not conducted any temple festival thereafter.
