PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned proceedings of the second respondent herein in his proceedings in Lr.No.5481/SA 30/2008, dated 11.05.2009, communicating the petitioner about the decision of the syndicate rejecting the petitioner's request to condone the lack of attendance in VI semester (3rd year B.Tech) and quash the same and further direct the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2011 for the prayer to reconsider the request for condonation of lack of attendance in VI semester in III year (B.Tech Information Technology).
