PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned notification bearing Che/Anai Enn/215/Se.Ma.Tho, dated 30.10.2010 issued by the respondent and published in Dinamalar Daily issue dated 31.10.2010 insofar as Sl.No.29 thereof (T.R.No.105 shop No.6) and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to allot Shop No.6 under Pudukottai N.H.Project Part 2 commercial complex.
