PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned State Level General Body meeting resolution, dated 16.02.2013 of the third respondent herein in so far as resolution passed against the petitioner college alone and quash the same in respect of petitioner college alone and consequently direct the respondents herein by permitting the petitioner's college students and their teams in the IPAA division level and state level forthcoming tournaments.

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the third respondent, under which, they have banned the petitioner college from participating in the State Level Hockey Tournament for a period of three years. The said impugned order has been passed on 16.02.2013. The ban period has already expired. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
