PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner as Muthavalli of the 'Asansha @ Abdullah Khan Pallivasal Waqf' situates at Pakkir Adaippu @ Inam Veppangulam Village, Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the representations dated 06.12.2021 and 26.05.2022 preferred by the petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner as Muthavalli of the 'Asansha @ Abdullah Khan Pallivasal Waqf' situates at Pakkir Adaippu @ Inam Veppangulam Village, Tirunelveli https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representations dated 06.12.2021 and 26.05.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representations on 6.12.2021 and 26.05.2022 to the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as Muthavalli of the 'Asansha @ Abdullah Khan Pallivasal Waqf' situates at Pakkir Adaippu @ Inam Veppangulam Village, Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District, as per their custom. Thereafter, the first respondent so far had not taken any action.

3.Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents 1 and 2 are appropriate authorities to consider the petitioner's representations and thereafter pass appropriate orders, if necessary.

4.considering the submission made on either side, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 6.12.2021 and 26.05.2022 and three others namely T.Raja, R.Syed Ali and R.Ushenkhan Bylim, and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6)weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
