2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the second respondent – Bank had already taken the physical possession of the subject property, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
