ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction
to the first and second respondents to conduct an enquiry and to take appropriate action as against the respondents 3 to 5 and to return the jewels of the petitioner.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said writ petition was filed on the ground that the respondents 3 to 5 were harassing the writ petitioner. On instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no such harassment now and no further order is required in the writ petition. The said statement is recorded.
