PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to ensure that the petitioner and devotees of Arulmigu Muthammal Temple, Moothanakuruchi, Alangudi Taluk., Pudukottai District conduct the Aadi festival for the temple commencing from 17-07-2020 till 31-07-2020 without interference of the 5th and 6th respondents.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the temple festival, which was held between 17.07.2020 and 31.07.2020. The writ petition was filed on 20.01.2020. The prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition reads as under:-
