Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue to operate as the Cable Operator for the 650 households in the villages i.e. the Kilkodungalore, Kilpakkam, Kilnarma, Sathanur and Irumbedur, as per the registration with the first respondent corporation w.e.f 01.08.2011, and consequently restrain the respondents from appointing any other individuals as the cable operator for the aforesaid villages, including the third respondent herein, pending disposal of the present writ petition.
