The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant renewal of recognition to Sai Vidyalaya Matriculation School run by the petitioner Trust, by considering their application dated 08.10.2014.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the 4 th respondent would state that the petitioner School has been closed. It is also stated that the subsequent writ petition filed in W.P.No.10702 of 2015 challenging the order of closure was also dismissed.
3.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
