ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the dispute has been amicably resolved among themselves and they have handed over a demand draft for Rs.4,25,000/-, as compensation to the second respondent, towards full and final settlement of the dues covered under the impugned award in I.D.No.182 of 2008 on the file of the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent also ratifies that the receipt of the said amount is towards full and final settlement.
3. Since the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties, no
effective orders can be passed in the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
