2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondent submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the Lok Adalat Authorities passed an order on 07.12.2021 and the same was communicated to the petitioner and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
