This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by

the first respondent directing the petitioner to close down the saw mill, as the petitioner was found running a saw mill without getting sanction from the Central Empowered Committee.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

petitioner has already obtained sanction from the Central Empowered

Committee and the same is recorded.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the

petitioner to submit the copy of sanction order obtained from the Central Empowered Committee to the first respondent . The first respondent in turn shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date on which petitioner submits copy of sanction order before the first respondent as directed above. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
