Industrial Tariff with effect from 16.03.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondents 2 and 3 to collect Tariff charges under LT Two Part Tariff with effect from 16.03.2003 from the petitioner and Refund/ Adjust the amount collected excessively from 16.03.2003 from the petitioner.
