The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the Petitioner representation dated 09.09.2022 and cancel the executed and registered sale deed bearing document no.2989 / 2021 dated 07.01.2021 by N.Ponnurangam and others in favour of Y.Arunkumar pertaining to the lands comprised in Following survey Nos.(1) 208/ 3 Ac. 0.06 cents (2) 208/6 Ac. 0.15 cents (3) 208/7 A.c. 0.22 cents in all totally measuring an extent of Ac.0.43 cents situated at No.120 Araneri village Sriperumbudur Taluk Kanchipuram district and within the registration district of chengalpatu and registration sub district of sriperumbudur at the earliest.

In respect of certain properties situated at Araneri Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, which are claimed to be the properties of the petitioner, allegedly some fraudulent documents have been registered at the office of the 3^rd respondent by the 4^th respondent. Therefore, in order to cancel those documents, the petitioner has given a complaint on 09.09.2022 to the 2^nd respondent ie., District Registrar, who is the competent authority under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908. the same and pass orders after conducting enquiry, the present writ petition has been moved.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that, the said complaint dated 09.09.2022 submitted by the petitioner against the 3^rd and 4^th respondents before the 2^nd respondent under Section 77A of the Act would be considered on merits and orders would be passed after hearing both sides within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Having considered the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and taking into account the factual matrix of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.

“That there shall be a direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.09.2022 by giving notice to both the petitioner and the 4^th respondent and pass necessary orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
