The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus
directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry initiated in his proceedings in Ref.Na.Ka.En.2877/Aar4/2021 dated 22.07.2021, pursuant to the petitioner's complaint to 1st respondent's office and followed his letter in Ref.No.13040/Aar2/2021 dated 29.04.2021.

Advocate for respondents 1 and 2, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders:
(i) That there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent/
District Registrar to pass orders on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.07.2021, in pursuance of the enquiry notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated 22.07.2021, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(ii) It is made clear that, if the 2nd respondent still has not completed the enquiry, the same shall be completed by hearing both sides and pass such orders as indicated above within the said period of six weeks.
