respondent submitted that the petitioner had paid the rent and also given an undertaking to continue to pay the fair rent fixed by the first respondent.

In such a view of the matter, the first respondent may regularise

his tenancy after the petitioner complying the above conditions i.e., filing an

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
