The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner in view of the mismanagement of the respondents 5 and 6 and on the basis of representation dated 06.09.2017.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for respondents would submit that, now the 3rd respondent District Collector had passed an order granting compensation payable to the petitioner and in pursuant to the same, the compensation was also paid to the petitioner by way of cheque dated 04.02.2022. He has also produced the copy of the order passed by the 3rd respondent before this court.
