the post of Assistant Professors (27) and Librarian (1) in Sir Theagaray College, Chennai-21 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to call for fresh applications, commerce the selection, fill up the posts of Assistant Professors by continuing the roster from the last roster point selection took place in 2010 and make appointment to various faculties.
