Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Notice issued by the 2^nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.4443/12/F1 dated 21.06.2013 and quash the same and to direct the 2^nd Respondent to issue the building permit to the Petitioner on collection of Rs.9,92,190/as Open Space Reservation Charges in accordance with the Rules
