PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order made in Lr.No.CFC/Rev/FC/R/D.No./10 dated 17.09.2010 passed by the 4th respondent and the consequential order made in Lr.No.334/A/C/ br/DFC/HT/AS/A1/F.R&C/HTSC.85/2010 and Lr.No.334/ A/C/br/DFC/HT/AS/A1/F.R&C/HTSC.57/2010 respectively, dated 27.09.2010 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary without authority of law, against the order of the 1st respondent in M.P.No.6, 9 & 17 of 2010 dated 07.09.2010 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to permit
the petitioner to run their industry with their base demand and base energy.
COMMON ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of these writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundles.
Recording the same, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
