PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by 2nd respondent dated 16.12.2013 in his Order No.E27099/36-26/2006/Entitlement/H-243 and the consequential order passed by the 6th respondent in his office memorandum No.E38014/OM/Admn/SSP(Salem)/2013-1931 dated 21.12.2013 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to grant financial upgradation under the Assured Career Progression Scheme with effect from the petitioner's eligibility w.e.f. 01.01.2004 treating the option exercised under FR-22(1)(a)(1) and revise the salary and grant all consequential benefits.
ORDER
Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also sent a letter dated 21.01.2022 to that effect.
