and to quash the same and to direct the respondent to allow the petitioner bids and open the tenders as they have changed their firm name after due process and got the permissions from all relevant departments and for that the petitioner had already submitted their proofs and affidavit along with Legal Opinion.

When this matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.04.01.2022), none appeared for the petitioner.
2.However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that, initially, the Indian Oil Corporation / 2nd respondent herein, called the bids for Retail Outlets, in which, the petitioner has not participated and tender was also awarded in favour of the third parties. Therefore, he submits that nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication.
