Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted before this Court that pending writ petition, the petitioner has participated in the transfer counselling and got transfer, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
