PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records in connection with the impugned notification dated 10.02.2011 in G.S.R.82 (E) and quash the same as in so far as it relates to item Nos.1 and 3 viz. Nimesulide formulations and Phenlypropanolamine and its formulations and consequently direct the respondent to review the issue after giving an opportunity to the petitioner for being heard.
