Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2 nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1220/A4/2018 dated 17.12.2018 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to allow the petitioner to continue to work in the post of Primary School Headmaster based on the order of promotion issued by the 2 nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.03/A1/2018 dated 17.06.2018 with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
