The learned counsel for the petitioner, through VideoConferencing Mode, made a submission that the efforts were taken to secure instructions from the petitioner for the purpose of getting along with the present writ petition. Though the Registered letter sent by the learned counsel was acknowledged by the petitioner, there is no response from the petitioner and therefore, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner reported no instructions.
2. Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
