ORDER
This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus to
direct the first respondent to remove the illegal gate installed on the public road to provide free access by ingress and egress to pass through Bharathi nagar road to the petitioners property.
Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that already the iron gate was removed a decade back and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition become infructuous.
