pursuing Medicine in Kazakhastan has been rejected on the ground that the said country is listed as restricted country in the list of Banks extant loan policy.

2. A mandamus cannot be issued directing the petitioner to grant

loan against its declared policy.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the Canara Bank has granted educational loan for a similarly placed person.
