Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents herein from in any way and in any manner in extending new service connection pertaining to the property in S.No.48/2, 48-Kailasapalayam Village, Sengondampalayam, Tiruchengodu of an extent of 35 cents situated along with the petitioners property in S.No.48/1 and 48/4 in Door No.283/10-1, 10-2 and 10-3 respectively, till the issues decided by the competent civil court in O.S.No.112 of 2015 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchengode as directed by this Hon'ble Court in WP.No.33268 of 2014.
