Already a detailed order has been passed in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.27352 of 2021 etc batch vide its order dated 31.01.2022. The aforesaid batch filed by the similarly placed persons were dismissed with certain observations by

directing the respondents TASMAC Limited, to revoke the license issued pursuant to the impugned Tender Notification dated 14.12.2021 bearing reference in Na.Ka.No.A3/2242/2021.

In view of the above, I do not find any merits in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with the above observations. No costs.
