This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2022 which was duly acknowledged by them on 12.03.2022. .

2.M/s.V.Revathy, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that his company is engaged in the business of generation of green energy through windmills. Further, the company was amalgamated with M/s.K.T.V. Power and Logistics Pvt Ltd. and the petitioner sent a representation to the first respondent to take necessary measures for name and utility change and in furtherance to the same, the petitioner had paid the requisite fees. Subsequently, various correspondences were communicated to the petitioner seeking for clarifications and the petitioner, in turn had produced additional documents to the respondent. Though, a number of queries and clarifications were made, the same were duly clarified. The petitioner made yet another representation dated 09.03.2022 to the respondents seeking expeditous disposal in changing the service connection from M/s.K.T.V.Power and Logistics Pvt.Ltd to M/s. K.T.V.Oil Mills Pvt. Ltd. However, the said representation is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record before this Court.

5.Considering the limited relief sought for, this Court, without going into merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2022, afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, consider the documentary evidence that may be submitted by the petitioner and thereafter pass an order, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
