After arguing the case for considerable length of time, when this Court expressed its opinion that the Petitioner has to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance by establishing his title, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and also in view of the view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
