to climb the Vellingiri hills during the months of February to May every year to worship the Deity at the top of the seventh hill in pursuant of the existing G.O.Ms.370 dated 09.10.1996 passed by the Commissioner, HR and CE department, Chennai and confirmed by the Government of Tamil Nadu vide a Coimbatore District Special Gazette Notification No.16, dated 30th March 1998 and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to collect any charges as entrance fees illegally.
