When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in E.S.Sundara Mahalingam Vs The Special Tribunal for Co-operative Societies (District Judge), Tirunelveli and others , in W.A.No.4021 of 2019 dated 22.11.2019, directing the similar matters to be renumbered as Civil Revision Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
