Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus Directing the 1st & 2nd respondents to pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 09.11.2015 upholding his Melvaram & Kudivaram rights over the Nanjai & Punjai Lands to an extent of 4.22 acres comprised in S.No.224/1 & 239/2 of Thirupparamkuntram Village Madurai apart from upholding his civil rights inclusive of his right to earn and to hold any profitable employment to eke-out his family livelihood besides holding that the 3rd respondent/temple management has no right to insist either the petitioner or his family members to perform Blacksmith service 24x7 or as and when they were called keeping lien over the Nanjai & Punjai Lands treating them as permanent bonded labourers successively from generation to generation apart from issuing 'No Objection Certificate' with compensation to the tune of Rs.25,00,000/- to wipe out the existing family indigenous circumstances on account of irresponsible attitude of the temple management, more particularly the act of misusing of the petitioner's 70 years of life suppressing of his legitimate rights resisting of all his
civil activities inclusive of his employment to eke-out his livelihood taking advantage of his innocence / ignorance and also by way of blackmailing that the Nanjai and Punjai lands will be taken over keeping lien over the nanjai and punjai lands overruling the rights already acquired by the predecessors in title prior or after the Act, just by way of oral representation, but without any written orders.
