It is submitted by the learned counsel for both parties that the common order dated 27.01.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in a batch of cases in W.P.No.13616 of 2018, etc., of which W.P.Nos.22255 of 2019 and 22262 of 2019, are under challenge in the present Writ Appeals, was the subject matter of challenge in a batch of Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.569, 718, 720, 721, 841 and 842 of 2020 (Meethelaveetil Kaitheri Muralidharan Vs. Union of India, represented by its Secretary, Ministry of Corporation Affairs, Shastri Bhawan, Dr.Rajendra Prasad Road, New Delhi-110 001 and another), which were allowed on 09.10.2020 reversing the judgment therein, dated 27.01.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.Nos.750 of 2020, 27463, 27467, 15637, 35384 and 35388 of 2019.
