PRAYER: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.331 of 2020 on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram and transfer the same to the Sub-Court, Paramathi, Namakkal District.
It is informed that H.M.O.P.No.331 of 2020 sought to be transferred was dismissed for default on 23.09.2021. In these circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the same, as and when the H.M.O.P. is restored to file.
