Prayer: This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.461 of 2020 and H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2021 pending before the Subordinate Court at Poonamallee and the Maintenance Case in M.C.No.6 of 2021 from the Judicial Magistrate-II at Poonamallee and to transfer the same to any one of the Family Court at Chennai.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
- In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
