This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Tuesday the Eighth day of February, Two Thousand and Twenty Two, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgments and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of T.SELVAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.V.BALAJI, Advocate for the Respondent and having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-
(1) That the Judgment and Decree of the I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli dated 09.01.2018 made in Appeal Suit No.1 of 2011 Partly modifying the Judgment and Decree of the Court of the Principal Sub Judge, Tirunelveli made in Original Suit No.35 of 2007 dated 05.04.2010 be and hereby confirmed and this Second Appeal dismissed and
(2) That there be no costs in this Second Appeal.
