Second Appeal filed under Section 100 CPC against the decree and judgment dated 22.04.2009 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam, in A.S. No.62 of 2008, reversing the decree and judgment dated 17.09.2008 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vanur, in O.S. No.31 of 2002.
