The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is dead.
Learned counsel for the petitioner neither filed a memo before the Registry nor intimated to the learned Master. He has also not taken any steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.
In view of the above, this Original Petition is dismissed.
