Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, c alling for the concerned records from the 1^st respondent, quash the G.O.(D)No.304, Labour and Employment (A1) Department dated 28.05.2019 issued by the 1^st respondent and consequently direct the 1^st respondent to refer the demand declined to be referred in G.O.(D) No.304, Labour and Employment (A1) Department dated 28.05.2019 for adjudication before the competent Industrial Adjudicator.
