This Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act seeking Succession Certificate relating to the securities of the late husband of the petitioner, Dr.C.Sethuraman died on 26.02.2014.
2. The petitioner is the only legal heir. Ex.P-6 is the legal heirship certificate. The petitioner also marked during the course of evidence, the death certificate of her husband as Ex.P-2 and the details regarding the share certificatea as Ex.P-3.
3. In view of the evidence recorded, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the petitioner with power to collect the security and to receive interest, dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities morefully described in the schedule is issued. The petitioner is directed to render accounts once in a year.
